He became an attorney-at-law  in 2006 and a mediator in 2008. He is also trained in interdisciplinary communication and has worked for several years as a communications consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to his mediation and negotiation services, Thomas advice companies and organizations on collaboration and dispute management strategies &#8211;
