CPH Mediation & Negotiation is a Scandinavian collaborative with mediation, interest based negotiation and constructive conflict resolution as its focal point. Based in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo we are full-time mediators and attorneys-at-law with with extensive experience in mediation and interest-based negotiation and Scandinavia’s largest network within alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Thomas has a law degree from the University of Copenhagen (1999). He became an attorney-at-law in 2006 and a mediator in 2008. He is also trained in interdisciplinary communication and has worked for several years as a communications consultant.

In addition to his mediation and negotiation services, Thomas advice companies and organizations on collaboration and dispute management strategies – including consulting management, training employees and creating concrete and behavior-oriented action plans with a focus on proactive dispute prevention and constructive conflict management.

Thomas speaks Danish and English fluently as well as Swedish, Norwegian and French.
